Agreement Acceptance and Platform Access
By accessing or using Spoke Route'3 Chome-13-1 Toyotamakita, Nerima City, Tokyo 176-0012. This agreement governs your use of our cycling training platform, route mapping services, and connections to local cycling professionals.
Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates we may implement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
Membership Services and Benefits
Our membership tiers provide access to structured training plans, premium route downloads, maintenance guides, and connections to local cycling services. Basic membership includes fundamental training resources, while premium membership adds personalized coaching support and priority access to new content.
Membership benefits are subject to availability and may vary based on your location within. We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice to existing members, ensuring equivalent value is maintained.
Payment Terms and Billing Policies
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during subscription. All payments are processed inese Yen through our secure payment partners. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period of 7 days.
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription or renewal for annual plans, and within 7 days for monthly plans. Refund requests must include specific reasons and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with priority given to technical issues or service dissatisfaction.
User Responsibilities and Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and using our services in compliance withese laws and cycling regulations. Account sharing is prohibited, and each membership is intended for individual use only.
You must provide honest information about your cycling experience and fitness level to ensure appropriate training recommendations. Misrepresentation may result in unsuitable training plans that could impact your safety or progress.
Contentge and Intellectual Property
All training plans, route maps, maintenance guides, and instructional content remain the intellectual property of Spoke Route. Members may download and use content for personal cycling activities but may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our materials.
User-generated content, such as route reviews or training feedback, grants us license to use this information for service improvement and community features while respecting your privacy preferences.
Safety Disclaimers and Cycling Risks
Cycling involves inherent risks including injury, equipment failure, and unpredictable road conditions. Our training plans and route recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not replace professional medical advice or on-site route assessment.
You participate in cycling activities at your own risk and should always prioritize safety, follow traffic laws, wear appropriate protective equipment, and assess conditions before undertaking any ride. We strongly recommend regular bike maintenance and professional safety inspections.
Third-Party Service Connections
Our platform connects you with independent local businesses including bike mechanics, fitters, and guide services. These are separate entities, and we do not control their service quality, pricing, or availability. All transactions and services with these providers are between you and them directly.
While we screen partners for basic qualifications, you should independently verify their credentials, insurance, and suitability for your needs. We are not responsible for third-party service outcomes or disputes.
Service Availability and Technical Requirements
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Your device must meet minimum technical requirements including modern browser support, stable internet connection, and adequate storage for downloaded route maps. Some features may require location services or GPS functionality.
Prohibited Activities and Account Violations
Prohibited activities include sharing account credentials, attempting to access restricted areas of our platform, using automated tools to extract content, engaging in harassment of other users or service providers, and violating any applicable laws while using our services.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
Data Privacy and Information Handling
Your privacy is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures but encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account information confidential. Report any suspected security breaches immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Spoke Route's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury resulting from service use.
This limitation applies to all claims whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories, except where prohibited by applicableese consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Jurisdiction
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by mediation if necessary. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the incident and will be governed byese law under the jurisdiction of Tokyo courts.
For consumer disputes, you retain rights under applicableese consumer protection laws, and these terms do not limit those statutory protections.
Service Modifications and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users. Significant changes affecting membership benefits will include options for refunds or alternative arrangements to maintain equivalent value.
Either party may terminate the membership relationship at any time. You can cancel through your account settings, and we may terminate for violation of these terms after appropriate warning when feasible.
Internationalge and Compliance
While our primary focus is cycling in, members traveling internationally should comply with local laws and regulations. Our route maps and training advice are optimized forese conditions and may require adaptation for other regions.
Export of certain content or data may be restricted underese law. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable regulations in their location.
Terms Updates and Communication
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated via email and prominent website notices at least 30 days before implementation.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with modifications, you may terminate your membership and request applicable refunds under our cancellation policy.
